1. Overview

Payxem is a billing, invoicing, and payment tracking platform operated by a group of companies and partnerships, including Kreative Minds (UAE) and Linc Global Inc. (US/UK), along with affiliated entities.

Payxem is not a bank, financial institution, or money service business.

By using Payxem, you agree to these Terms.

Payxem may charge a platform service fee (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per payment, subject to updates).

All balances shown in Payxem are calculated ledger records and do not represent funds held by Payxem.

5. Ledger-Wallet and Balance Display

The "ledger-wallet", "available balance", and "pending balance" shown in Payxem are:

6. Payouts and Withdrawals

Our payment and payout partners may approve, delay, or reject withdrawal requests based on risk, compliance, or operational requirements. Payxem does not hold or control funds; funds are held and settled by these partners.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Payxem is not responsible for disputes between users and their clients. All disputes must be handled directly between the service provider, the client, or through the relevant payment processor.

For risk management and compliance with third-party payment processor requirements, Payxem applies a standard holding period of up to 7 business/working days on incoming payments before they are considered available for withdrawal. Funds are released within 7 business days after security clearance. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.

These measures are implemented to protect platform integrity, reduce fraud risk, and comply with third-party payment processor requirements.

Users agree to cooperate in resolving disputes and maintain sufficient balance to cover potential reversals.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Payxem is a technology service provider. Account restrictions are often initiated by our payment processors. In many cases a payment processor will give a notice period of 30 to 60 days, asking you to comply or to provide supporting documents, before an account is restricted.

If an account is suspended, any available funds are released 90 days after the date of suspension. This holding period allows time to cover any chargebacks or refunds that may arise on the suspended account.

You may stop using Payxem at any time.

10. Data and Privacy

We collect and store data necessary to operate the platform, including:

12. Third-Party Services

Payxem integrates with third-party providers including payment processors and infrastructure services. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Payxem means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Proof of Payment and Records

For each recorded payment, Payxem provides the Transaction ID and the Payxem Payment Reference as the official proof of a vendor or client payment.

The Transaction ID and Payxem Payment Reference are sufficient to identify and confirm any payment. Payxem is not liable or obligated to supply any additional document, receipt, statement, or proof beyond these two identifiers.

If you require additional documentary proof, such as documents originating from a payment processor or bank, Payxem may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, provide such documentation where available for a service fee ranging from $10 to $100 depending on the nature of the request. Payment of this fee does not guarantee that a specific document can be obtained from a payment processor or banking partner.

If your business or your vendors require full receipts, PDF documents, or other transaction records, please review these Terms before using the service to ensure it meets your requirements. Users remain responsible for maintaining their own records where required.
